A&M Moto Toys Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 1st 2025

At A&M Moto Toys, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Standard Returns

Most new, unused, and uninstalled products may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be in new, unused condition.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Products showing signs of installation, use, damage, modification, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by A&M Moto Toys.

Special Order Items – No Refunds or Returns

ALL SPECIAL ORDER SALES ARE FINAL

Products designated as Special Order, Custom Order, Pre-Order, or Non-Stocked Items are ordered specifically for the customer and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been placed.

This policy applies because:

  • The item is not normally stocked by A&M Moto Toys.
  • The item is purchased specifically at the customer's request.
  • Manufacturers and distributors often do not allow returns on special-order merchandise.

By purchasing a Special Order item, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The order is non-cancelable after submission.
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • No store credit will be issued.
  • No exchanges will be provided unless the product arrives defective or damaged under warranty.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact A&M Moto Toys within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will work with the manufacturer and/or distributor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Warranty Claims

Many products sold by A&M Moto Toys are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage, terms, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer.

A&M Moto Toys does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special Order products
  • Custom-built or modified products
  • Electrical components that have been installed or connected
  • Batteries that have been used or installed
  • Apparel that has been worn, washed, or used
  • Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items
  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 10-15 business days for processing after receipt of the returned item. Additional time may be required by your financial institution.
